Yukimaru falters, the three tailed beast injures Guren, causing the white camellia on her outfit to turn red with her blood and awaken some of Yukimaru's memories about his mother. Rinji tells Yukimaru to suppress the beast with his abilities, but he is unable to do so because he does not have enough chakra left, Guren leaves her position and protects Yukimaru with a circular shaped sheild made of crystal. Naruto goes out to find Yukimaru, but ends up fighting the beast with Guren. Despite their efforts to defeat it, the beast overpowers the two of them. Meanwhile, Kakashi, Shino and Sai find Yukimaru unconcious, they grab him and flee. Leaving Kabuto frustrated.
